  • Small Games

Small games naturally create competition among players on the ice. The game of hockey is played in small areas and in tight situations. As players become more comfortable playing in small areas, they are better able to execute skills and systems in competition. Small games allow players to take their game to the next level.

  • High Tempo Flow Drills

The modern game of hockey is fast! Players are constantly transitioning from offense to defense. High Tempo Flow Drills allow players to work on their skills at at high speeds. The drills also incorporate a good amount of transition where players can work on different aspects of the game, such as odd man rushes (both offensively and defensively), back checking, angling, taking away time and space, attacking with speed, and much more.

  • Video

Video is such an important aspect in player development that gets missed in most summer camps. Young hockey players can learn so much by breaking down the game through video. When they see the why and the how, it makes it so much easier for them to incorporate their new found knowledge on the ice.

  • Off Ice Training

Hockey is a physical game. Players are stronger than every before! One of the main reasons is that strength training has evolved so much over the last 20 years. Players at all levels are working hard all year round to get stronger. All In Hockey believes that it is essential to improve your physical fitness and strength in order to compete.
